I have an impression that the exposition never changed. It's quite small but with a lot of different objects of literature heritage. It's better to take a guide who could really go deep into the life history of Franz Kafka, and the epoch he lived.

The atmosphere is really good in the museum and helps to understand Kafka’s mind more. However, if you really into Kafka and read all of his books, the museum is worth it. Otherwise doesn’t mean anything

In Prague you are invited to step in to the strange and anxious world of Franz Kafka. Nothing makes sense, but it’s fascinating 😁 Dimly lit rooms, fragments of text, books, photographs. A silent film showing the streets of the old Jewish quarter from the late 19th century, and letters to his beloved women. It makes sense to visit it on the way to the Jewish museum ( historical complex).

You need to buy tickets in the museum shop which is on the left from the main entrance. The setup in the museum was pretty intriguing and definitely worth visiting. They also gave me a free ticket to Mucha museum exhibition.
