The center of the manhole cover is adorned with a prominent five-pointed star, surrounded by two rings with regularly spaced rectangular segments. Its dark, rusty surface contrasts with the rough gray asphalt into which it is embedded, and around its edges cling dried leaves and small debris.

Střed poklopu zdobí výrazná pěticípá hvězda, obklopená dvěma prstenci s pravidelně rozmístěnými obdélníkovými segmenty. Jeho tmavý, rezavý povrch kontrastuje s drsným šedým asfaltem, do kterého je zapuštěn, a kolem okrajů se drží uschlé listí a drobné nečistoty.
