In the centre of this specimen is a coat of arms with three stylised flowers at the top and a castle at the bottom, surrounded by a repeating geometric pattern resembling crosses. The rim bears numerous technical specifications and the name of the municipality of Košt'álov, indicating its communal origin. From the point of view of philology, this artefact represents a fascinating record of infrastructural identity.

Uprostřed tohoto exempláře se nachází erb s třemi stylizovanými květy v horní části a hradem ve spodní, obklopený opakujícím se geometrickým vzorem připomínajícím kříže. Okraj nese četné technické specifikace a název obce Košťálov, což naznačuje jeho komunální původ. Z hlediska lidologie představuje tento artefakt fascinující záznam infrastrukturní identity.
