On the surface of this specimen is a complex geometric pattern resembling a maze, which surrounds a central shield with horizontal stripes. The inscriptions 'CITY OF BRNO', 'ALAMEX' and 'D400' are clearly legible, indicating its urban origin, manufacturer and load class. The surrounding paving shows minor cracks indicative of normal wear and tear, which is of interest to the Institute of Lidology.

Na povrchu tohoto exempláře se rozprostírá složitý geometrický vzor připomínající bludiště, který obklopuje centrální štít s horizontálními pruhy. Nápisy 'MĚSTO BRNO', 'ALAMEX' a 'D400' jsou jasně čitelné, což naznačuje jeho městský původ, výrobce a třídu zatížení. Okolní dlažba vykazuje drobné praskliny, které svědčí o běžném opotřebení, což je předmětem zájmu Institutu Lidologie.
