The center of the manhole cover is adorned with a coat of arms featuring a stylized heart and three flowers, surrounded by the names of the cities Csíkszereda and Miercurea Ciuc. The entire circular surface is covered with a patina of rust, which contrasts with the light stone tiles of the pavement. The outer edge bears a technical designation and a simple geometric pattern of squares and circles.

Střed poklopu zdobí erb se stylizovaným srdcem a trojicí květin, obklopený jmény měst Csíkszereda a Miercurea Ciuc. Celý kruhový povrch je pokrytý patinou rzi, která kontrastuje se světlými kamennými dlaždicemi chodníku. Vnější okraj nese technické označení a jednoduchý geometrický vzor čtverců a kruhů.
