In the centre of the circular relief is the municipal emblem of Jerusalem, a lion in a coat of arms, surrounded by Hebrew text referring to the municipal administration and water services. The outer ring is decorated with concentric circles, while the logo of the manufacturer MK BST is visible at the top. This specimen, carefully examined by the Institute of Lidology, is a typical example of municipal infrastructure.

Uprostřed kruhového reliéfu se nachází městský znak Jeruzaléma, lev v erbu, obklopený hebrejským textem odkazujícím na městskou správu a vodohospodářské služby. Vnější prstenec zdobí soustředné kružnice, zatímco v horní části je viditelné logo výrobce MK BST.
