The circular metal disc, an exemplar of urban infrastructure, is set in a matrix of grey and reddish cobblestones. Its central field proudly bears the coat of arms of the city of Gdańsk, surrounded by inscriptions specifying its function as a sanitary sewer, which is typical of D400 class manhole covers. This specimen shows signs of normal wear, but its structural integrity remains intact.

Kruhový kovový disk, exemplář městské infrastruktury, je zasazen do matice šedých a načervenalých dlažebních kostek. Jeho centrální pole hrdě nese erb města Gdaňsk, obklopený nápisy specifikujícími jeho funkci jako sanitární kanalizace, což je typické pro poklopy třídy D400. Tento exemplář vykazuje známky běžného opotřebení, avšak jeho strukturální integrita zůstává zachována.
