In the centre of this specimen is a heraldic shield depicting a rearing horse surrounded by a repeating geometric pattern in the shape of the letter 'T'. The edge of the hatch is flanked by a series of radial rectangular elements, which give the whole an industrial aesthetic. According to a preliminary analysis by the Institute of Lidology, this is a typical example of urban infrastructure with a regional heraldic motif.

Uprostřed tohoto exempláře se nachází heraldický štít s vyobrazením vzpínajícího se koně, obklopený opakujícím se geometrickým vzorem ve tvaru písmene 'T'. Okraj poklopu je lemován řadou radiálních obdélníkových prvků, které dodávají celku industriální estetiku. Podle předběžné analýzy Institutu Lidologie se jedná o typický příklad městské infrastruktury s regionálním heraldickým motivem.
