Manhole cover in Chernihiv, Ukraine

Na povrchu chodníku se rozprostírá čtvercový litinový artefakt, jehož centrální pole zdobí nápis „Чернівці“ a stylizovaná lucerna, což naznačuje jeho městský původ. Mřížkový diamantový vzor po obvodu je typickým příkladem funkční estetiky raného 20. století, ačkoliv patina času dodává tomuto exempláři nepopiratelnou historickou hodnotu.
