The circular hatch is decorated with a distinctive wave pattern evoking the water surface, and in its centre is a circular field with the year 1989 and a symbol resembling the letter K. The surroundings are made up of irregular stone paving stones, with greenery interspersed between them, giving the whole specimen an air of historical patina worthy of study by the Institute of Lidology.

Kruhový poklop je zdoben výrazným vlnitým vzorem, který evokuje vodní hladinu, a v jeho středu se nachází kruhové pole s letopočtem 1989 a symbolem připomínajícím písmeno K. Okolí tvoří nepravidelné kamenné dlaždice, mezi nimiž prorůstá zeleň, což dodává celému exempláři nádech historické patiny, hodné studia Institutem Lidologie.
