The surface is characterised by a regular grid of small squares, in the middle of which the topographical silhouette of the island of Elba is clearly stamped. According to the methodology of the Institute of Philology, the inscriptions 'CONSORZIO ACQUEDOTTI' and 'FOGNATURA URBANA' indicate the dual function of this specimen in urban infrastructure, which is typical of regional water management.

Povrch je charakterizován pravidelnou mřížkou drobných čtverců, uprostřed níž je zřetelně vyražena topografická silueta ostrova Elba. Podle metodiky Institutu lidologie indikují nápisy "CONSORZIO ACQUEDOTTI" a "FOGNATURA URBANA" duální funkci tohoto exempláře v městské infrastruktuře, což je typické pro regionální správu vodního hospodářství.
