Flame symbols are visible on the sides, accompanied by inscriptions referring to Prague's gas and waterworks, suggesting the dual functionality of this hatch. The Institute of Lidology would classify this artefact as a significant example of communal heraldry and utilitarian design from the turn of the century.

Po stranách jsou patrné symboly plamene, doprovázené nápisy odkazujícími na pražské plynárny a vodárny, což naznačuje duální funkčnost tohoto poklopu. Institut Lidologie by tento artefakt klasifikoval jako významný doklad komunální heraldiky a utilitárního designu z přelomu epoch.
