The rusted surface of this example reveals a circular pattern with the central inscription 'CALIPUS', suggesting its functional identity. Surrounding paving stones form an aesthetic contrast to its industrial character, while the tiny embossing 'EN 124-D 400' testifies to its robust load classification, always a pleasing finding for the Institute of Lidology.
