Manhole cover in Rhede, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

What does Wikipedia say about this coat of arms? In the top left and bottom right is the Rhede family coat of arms. More interesting to me are the other symbols. In the bottom left, a weaver's shuttle, which refers to the textile industry that was present, and in the top right, a ploughshare, which points to the town's agricultural character.
