Manhole cover in Faro, Portugal

The grid pattern on the surface of this cast iron specimen is accompanied by the inscriptions "CRTA" and "PLUVIAIS", with the year 1972. The patina of corrosion is clear, which is common for such old artifacts. The surrounding area consists of rough concrete and irregular paving stones, suggesting its location in an urban environment, as the Institute of Lidology would confirm.
